We offer different guarantee terms based on whether you're a job seeker or a recruiter:

For Job Seekers (Individual Candidates)

“Double your interviews in 30 days or get a full refund.”

It's that simple: Use our service for 30 days, and if you're not satisfied, request a refund in the next 30 days (days 31-60 after purchase).

All refunds are guaranteed - no questions asked.

For Recruiters & Agencies

“40% more placements or get a full refund.”

If your placement rates don't increase by at least 40% within 90 days of using our optimization tools for your candidates, we'll refund your payment in full.

All refunds are guaranteed - no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

Job Seekers (Individual Candidates)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have used our service for at least 30 days.
  • You request your refund within 30 days after the first 30-day period (between day 31 and day 60 after purchase).

Recruiters & Agencies

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request your refund within 90 days after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email our refund department at refunds@cvbest.com
  2. Include your account email address
  3. If you wish, tell us about your experience (optional)

We will process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
